If it wasn’t hard enough already for low-income Americans to scrape by everyday to pay for bills and basic necessities, it actually turns out that it’s actually more costly to be poor than it is to live above the poverty line due to poor health and diet. These days you have to be rich in order to afford to be poor. While we can’t solve all the problems, the Relief Debt Project attempts to provide some financial relief to those in need.
Primarily funded by the profits from TPC Commedia LLC and its divisions, the Relief Debt Project is not a 501(c)(3) but an initiative by one corporate citizen to try to do their part to help those in need in the community and around the country.
If you are in need of assistance or know someone who it is please fill out a request for aid form. If you would like to donate to the initiative to help others in the community and around the country with some of their daily financial struggles, please click on the Donate tab and contribute what you can.
Please note that what you contribute to the Relief Debt Project will not be considered a charitable write-off for your taxes. Because the Relief Debt Project is part of a for-profit LLC, TPC Commedia LLC will be required to pay the taxes on your contributions. They will then distribute the proceeds donated to those in need.
